Client Travel Guidelines & Policies
1.Quotation & Availability

- The itinerary shared is a quotation only and does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- No bookings for hotels, transport, or activities are made until an advance payment is received.
- All arrangements are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

- To confirm a tour, clients must pay an initial advance of 50% of the total package price.
- The remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days before arrival.
- For last-minute bookings (within 7 days of arrival), 100% payment is required for confirmation.

3. Payment Methods

- Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash deposit (details provided separately).
- Any bank charges must be borne by the client.
- After payment is received, a formal booking confirmation invoice will be issued.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made:
- 30 days or more before arrival: 90% refund
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
- Non-refundable components (e.g., air tickets, permits, special offers) will not be refunded under any circumstances.

- Clients should adhere to the itinerary timing to avoid missed transfers or activities.
- The agency is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Traffic or road conditions
- Airline changes
- Strikes or other external factors

6. Accommodation

- Hotel check-in is usually at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If a hotel is unavailable, a similar standard property will be provided.
- If travel dates are flexible, hotel options may change, but accommodations will always align with client preferences.
